Customers will be refunded by means of a bank transfer. Returned goods processing takes 1-2 days from the arrival of goods at our premises. The refunds are carried out within 5-6 further working days.

General Information on Dispatch
Tacchino S.r.l. requires a one-time lump sum payment for the dispatch.
This represents your contribution to packing, dispatch and delivery costs.
Delivery costs vary based on the destination country of the goods as well as on the volume of the dispatched parcels.
For orders having a volumetric weight (side x side x height/5000) higher than 25 kg, transport costs will be confirmed to you in a document attached to the order confirmation.
Depending on the destination country, our parcels will be consigned for delivery to one of our reliable logistics partners: DHL, GLS.
Most of our products are handcrafted based on your requests.
For these items, delivery time may range from 15 to 30 days.
We will do our best to accommodate your requests as quickly as possible.
We kindly ask you to cooperate by specifying your delivery needs in the “Notes” area while filling in your order.
Estimated dispatch time may vary on a case by case basis. This information will only allow you to know approximately when you could receive the ordered products in case these are already in our warehouses.
Italy: delivery within 1-2 working days from goods dispatch.
European Union countries: delivery within 3-5 working days from goods dispatch.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery for dispatches to Italy.
Payments are considered received when they are deposited in the seller’s bank account. If you pay by PayPal, the payment is credited immediately, while with bank transfers crediting may take a few days.
If the Purchaser is a professional or a company BASED IN ITALY, they can ask for invoicing when placing the order, by selecting the relevant box on the on-line form and inserting their invoicing details including Fiscal Code and/or VAT number. If the Purchaser is a professional or a company BASED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, they will have to contact us directly before purchasing, in order to ensure application of the right fiscal regime and to consequently issue the invoice.
Tax Exemption for Exports to Natural Persons
Please consider that orders delivered at European addresses are always subject to VAT. Fictitious exports carried out by putting the invoice in an extra-European legal person’s name does not imply subsequent tax credit. Tax exemption is possible only if your order is dispatched outside the European Union directly.
